CASE Study Challenge #171

Written by: iwona    11 Comments

It’s the last CASE Study challenge before Christmas! As you know, our Muse is Cath from the Moxie Fab World and the inspiration for today’s challenge (as seen here) will render you speechless… at least that’s what it did to me the first time I saw it! Love this bird. LOVE.

I wanted to take it literally. Wanted a birdie like this on a card, so badly 🙂 Having no suitable die, I gave my Cameo a workout instead, adhered a piece of pretty DP underneath, inked up a simple sentiment stamp and in result put together this little number:

Sometimes the simplest things are the most beautiful. I just adore this card 🙂 Plus, I think encouragement / sympathy cards, above all, should be left simple – it’s the message that matters.
The sentiment comes from The Craft’s Meow Inspired By Audrey stamp set, I can’t link to it unfortunately since the company is closing and the set has sold out.

Check out the blogs below for the Design Team’s takes on the challenge, or visit CASE Study for the full reveal.

  1. Absolutely stunning, my stunning friend!! The choice of patterned paper is perfect, and the sentiment is so lovely! Wish I could get this set! You need to start a box for all the gorgeous cards of yours that I wish I owned!!

Your comments make my day!
