Happy last hours of the weekend to me! Boy, was it an intense one, both in “real” life and blog-wise… did you see my Moxie Fab Thanks! Blog Hop post yet? We’re honoring a very special person In other news, we just bought a land for our future house today! What an amazing feeling it is… the actual building process won’t commence until same time next year but we’ve been busy bees, working hard to turn our dreams into reality. Is it next November yet??

It’s time for another installment of Countdown to Christmas with Penny Black and I’m starting to panic ’cause I don’t like the ever decreasing number. S**t just got real, as they say, lol!

My aim is to share a new Christmas card made with Penny Black stamps each week. Today I combined the reindeer silhouette from the Dancing Deer set (come on, you know I had to make the lil’ guy a Rudolph!), with the super CUTE banners from Christmas Banners. I sew the latter to the front panel, leaving long bits of thread on the sides, for a messy-artsy touch. The patterns are created with washi tapes. LOVE me some washi!!
