Hi there! A quick appearance today with the card I made for Penny Black feature on the Scrapbook & Cards Today blog. They highlight the awesome new Pocket Treasures Release (which I happen to LOVE!) and here’s what I made:

I used the By The Numbers cover plate which I cut in light grey cardstock (making use of the negative space) and in aqua cardstock which I used the positive of to fit snugly in the ‘window’. I also cut one in yellow, trimmed the number 23 to represent the age and adhered directly over the positive die cut.
The speech bubble was die cut using the A Pocket Full die and stamped with a coordinating stamp from the Let’s Chat set.
I finished the card with a couple of wood dots. I like this card and the fact that it’s personalized 🙂
