CASE Study Challenge #127

Written by: iwona    3 Comments

Big news today at the CASE Study blog! We are inviting another talent to our crafty Pantheon, and it’s none else but the fabulous Teri Anderson! It’s such fun announcing one great artist after another, I swear it never gets old. I love this job :)
We’re launching the month of fabulousness with a perfect inspiration for the upcoming Valentines.

Can you see what inspired me? The colours - tick, polka dot washi - tick, collage look - tick, repeat pattern (hearts vs. butterflies) - tick!

I took a sheet of PTI Melon Berry for the card base, adorned it with some washi tape and a strip of DP cut from the Graphic 45 paper pad. The butterflies were fussy cut from another one of their DP’s. The rest of the stuff includes an October Afternoon die-cut sticker, rub-ons from OA and Kaisercraft, pearls and stamps from The Craft’s Meow (Typically Teen & Simply Delightful). I seriously can’t stop using this splatter stamp! As opposed to the actual ink sprays, I love the fact that I have a total control over where the splatters go :)

For the layout of the card, I used another great Retro Sketches sketch (rs#49).

Please visit the blogs of my fellow CASE Study Designers, as well as our Muse’s and Guest Designer’s websites, to find out how they were inspired! I’d love you to give Teri and Sylvia (our Guestie) a special welcome, while you’re at it :)
