My project features my favourite sets from the lot, Filigree and Soiree. I took the sentiment only from the latter, and made the amazing, dainty doily from Filigree stand out on this nautical-inspired card.
To achieve the dimensional effect, I white embossed the doily on a piece of baby blue & navy cardstock each, and then trimmed both so that the images line up. Then I cut the navy cardstock into 1 cm wide strips and adhered over the base, making sure the images overlap. A fun flair button from America Crafts and a few silver sequins, finish the look.

Love how you did the layers!!! I’ve had blogger issues as well, I’ve tried many web browsers too. But I’m sticking with Internet Explorer. It has a few conflicts with Google, but I can handle it! Hope you enjoy your new blog home!
