Hi friends, sorry for the late! I had the card done and photos ready in the morning, but then we scored an impromptu family visit which took us well into the evening. Can you see the number of this challenge? We’re one sketch short of a hundred!! I’ll be frank with you, I don’t actually have any specified plan about what to do about it yet, but I promised you changes and there will certainly be some! Chatting aside, let’s roll in with the sketch! It’s a little CAS number, and it was inspired by a card but due to my overlooking, I can’t tell you where the inspiration was found… I saved the card to my computer but forgot to attach the link to it *insert guilty face*

I combined the WPlus9 and Hero Arts stamps, for a ‘modern folk’ style card. I filled in the parts of the lace border with Copic markers and added a complimentary strip of cardstock, for a nice, full look. The flowers on both sides of the sentiment, were popped up on dimensionals.

I used a Memento marker in Bamboo Leaves (same as the ink used for the scrolls), to stamp the word ‘wonderful’, and regular black ink for the rest of the sentiment. Once stamped, I actually went over the green word with the marker, smoothing out the uneven lines. These markers are perfect for a watercolour look but not so much for precise stamping.
