CASE Study Challenge #181

I’m sorry for the absence guys, I realized that I haven’t shared the news that we were moving! It took us about 4 days to make ourselves at home in the new place and work is mostly done, but between this and other stuff going on in the “3D” life, I now have a long list of things to catch up with. For now, how about a new CASE Study? As you know, as the new month kicks in we also have a new Muse and I’m happy to share that March belongs to Joni Nina Andaya! I adore her rich and eclectic style. Here’s her first card:

Hands down, one of the best elegant designs I’ve seen so far. I wanted to stick on to the colours so badly, they tickle me like a hot cocoa and shortbread biscuits on a cold winter day would :) I also carried some design elements through, such as monochromatic floral background, stripes and a subtle touch of blush coloured floral.

Check out the blogs below for the Design Team’s takes on the challenge, or visit CASE Study to see it all in all place.

  1. Love what you have done with Joni’s inspiration! As usual, your eye for mixing unexpected colors is spot on-that blue is what pulls me in. I love that Spellbinders set and have been thinking about getting it… your use of it here is perfect. Hope you are finding some time to relax! xo
