As always, Thursday brings a new challenge to CASE Study and today we sadly have the last one with Wida… I kinda don’t want to let that girl go, you know?? Some Muses are just too good, plus I do love her personally as well! In short, I had a blast. Thanks, friend!

So, we’re ending with an oomph… one of my staples from Wida’s blog and a card she created for Penny Black. Of course I wanted to pull out PB as well but I couldn’t find a sentiment that fits the rest so I resorted to Simon Says Stamps‘ own.

I started by stamping the Penny Black Allover Pattern in Brilliance Galaxy Gold ink. I’m channeling Wida’s gold stamping above. Then I combined a few flowers from the Petal Power clear set, stamping them in Brilliance Pearlescent Coral, and separated the panel in about two-thirds. The sentiment from SSS Hello You set, was stamped in Pearlescent Orchid and Onyx Black on PTI Fine Linen CS and the card base is Spring Rain (also PTI).

The yellow fill in some of the background pieces, comes from Twinkling H2O‘s in Sunflower, which I applied with an aqua brush.
