My friend Elena has recently started sketching digital designs and she asked a few designers to help her spread the word about a cute free digi called Beach Girl, that she’s now offering on her blog. I couldn’t say no to her, or the little beach bum cutie, for that matter! Here’s my contribution:
I printed the girl twice on white cardstock and created a sponged background with Distress Inks around one of them. I coloured the other one with Copics, cut out and mounted over the scene which I trimmed to a rectangle shape. Here’s the list of Copics I used:

I stamped the sentiment from a Simon Says set in the corner, layered the panel on some Rich Razzleberry cardstock and mounted everything on a card covered with trimmed canvas flowers from Basic Grey Soleil collection. Lastly I covered the swimsuit with Wink Of Stella (can’t really see it on the photos), added a resin flower to the girl’s hair and a sequin star to the flag.
