I’ve gone all retro for this week’s CASE Study! We continue with the inspiration from Jocelyn Olson and the card I chose is one of the most recognizable pieces of hers that will surely be a hit. I literally can. not. wait. to see what everyone’s up to with this one
I still haven’t tackled anything digital, as I promised myself to do especially for this occasion, I’m simply running out of time and often I’m too tired to gather courage to try something new.Anyway, good ole’ stamping is always a good enough choice and for my retro styling-inspired card I did just this. I stamped the backgrounder from Penny Black (Allover Pattern) in dark brown and gave it life by filling in with Copic markers. The colours I used are: R35, R32, BG11, BG15, Y35, E57. The sentiment from Mama Elephant (Smitten), stamped on MFT Bracket Tab die, finishes off the card.
Check out the blogs below for the Design Team’s takes on the challenge, or visit CASE Study to see it all happening in one place.
